Driving Directions
From I-5 Southbound: Take Exit 11A for Civic Center Drive. Turn left onto Civic Center Drive, then right onto Highland Avenue. IBT Rehab is located at 1113 Highland Ave on the right side, approximately 0.5 miles south of the intersection.
From I-5 Northbound: Take Exit 11 for 8th Street. Turn right onto 8th Street, then left onto Highland Avenue heading south. Our facility is at 1113 Highland Ave, about two blocks past Division Street.
From Chula Vista: Head north on I-805, merge onto CA-54 West, then take I-5 North to Exit 11. Follow Highland Avenue south to 1113.
Public Transit: MTS Bus Route 932 stops within two blocks of our facility. The Trolley Blue Line to 8th Street Transit Center is a 10-minute walk from IBT Rehab.

IBT Rehab primarily serves National City and the greater San Diego metropolitan area, including Chula Vista, Bonita, San Diego, Imperial Beach, Lemon Grove, La Mesa, Spring Valley, and El Cajon. We also welcome patients from across California and out of state. Our admissions team assists with travel arrangements for patients coming from outside the region.
